| SHIPPING
DAMAGES |
|
Please read the following shipping
damage policies very thoroughly. Failure to adhere to the shipping
policies will result in CAD being unable to file the damage claim on the
customer's behalf. The customer will then be responsible for filing the
claim on their own (can take 4-8 weeks depending on the carrier). All
orders are inspected before boxing/shipping so any noticeable
damage at the time of delivery will be the result of shipping. Please
note that all packages damaged in transit will be replaced with a
replacement part. Any
cancellation requests due to shipping damages will be assessed as a
regular return and subject to any applicable cancellation fees.
When the package arrives, please
make sure to thoroughly inspect the box and its contents for any major
damage to the parts BEFORE signing. If you do find
damage***, please physically write “Damaged” on the delivery bill and
NOTE THE SPECIFIC PART(S) THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED. Additionally, have
the driver sign it as well. You
will then accept the shipment as is, and notify us within 24 hours in
order for us to file a claim on your behalf.
We may ask for pictures to verify damage
has occurred.
In the instance major damage has occurred,
we will file a damage claim and ship you new parts as soon as they are
available.
If minor damage has occurred, we will ship
replacements once the damage claim is won. If there is any shipping
damage (cracks, chips, etc..), you
MUST NOTE IT WITH THE DRIVER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
Without this key description, we will not be
able to file the damage claim on your behalf and expedite new parts into
your hands.
You will then be responsible for filing the claim
on your own (which can take up to 90 days).
Failure to
comply with any part of these policies may result in the denial of your
claim. All orders are inspected before boxing/shipping so any noticeable
damage will be the result of shipping.
Please review the
Terms and Conditions
again to help you with your purchase. If for some reason you are
unhappy, make sure to address the problem with us (it can only help us
do better in the future).
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you
need anything at all.
*** “Major damage” consists of major cracks or breaks in the parts.
“Minor damage” would be small hairline
cracks in the gel coat, small chips in the gel coat/finish, “box rash”,
and other minor scratches to the surface.
In the case of “minor damage”, which would
normally be fixed during the prep process, if customer chooses to pursue
a damage claim, customer will have to wait for a favorable outcome of
the claim as determined by the shipping insurance company before we ship
replacements.
Minor damage claims may take 2-6 weeks to be
evaluated by the insurance company.

| RETURNS |
| All
returns must be authorized prior to shipment, and are subject to a 25%
restocking fee. All return requests must be made within 30
days after receiving the order. All approved returns must be returned
in unused and unaltered condition with original (or better) packaging.
Initial shipping is non-refundable and will not be reimbursed to the
customer as part of any return. Ensure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued
on returns that are damaged during shipping. In the event that damage
does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with
the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result
in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her
own expense. This does not apply to group buys and special order
items. Once ordered, these items cannot be cancelled or returned; no
exceptions. |

| BACKORDERS
AND CANCELLATIONS |
| If product is in stock, it will be shipped within 48 hours.
95% of the products listed in our online catalog are in stock. Please
feel free to contact our sales line to ensure that the product you are
ordering is currently available. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may take
anywhere between 4 to 8 weeks. There is a 25% cancellation fee on all orders, with the exception of orders that have been on backorder for more than
4 weeks. This does NOT apply to group buys and special order items. Once placed, special order/group buy items cannot be cancelled
or returned; no exceptions. |

| WARRANTY
AND LIABILITY |
| All
products are sold “as is” to the customer. We do NOT
offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered
by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with
the product. All products sold are aftermarket products and are intended
for off-road or show use only. We are not liable for any damages
or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations
by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not
approved for street/highway use. Removal
of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment
on the vehicle is the responsibility
of the buyer. We will not be responsible for your actions. |

| INSTALLATIONS |
| All
aerodynamics are hand-manufactured with 100% fiberglass or Duraflex. Due to the material
used in production, the body parts will NOT be a direct bolt-on.
These body parts may require prepping, sanding,
shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications
may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying
with our policies, the customer understands the procedure and possible
difficulty in installing the body kit. All installations must be
performed by a professional body shop with appropriate experience
installing aftermarket body parts. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment
of the body kit, or the customer's inability to install the body kit
themselves. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund/exchange will
be issued depending on the situation - this will be handled on a case by
case basis by a customer service specialist.
For our eBay customers, please contact us prior to leaving any negative
feedback. We always strive our best to attain 100% customer satisfaction
but we need to be aware of the problem in order to address them.
Customers who choose to leave negative feedback before contacting us
